App crash when used with Xtreme ToolkitPro v13.1.0

we have used xtreme toolkit in MFCs application  using Xtreme ToolkitPro v12.0.1.
It works fine. Yesterday we have installed latest version ie Xtreme ToolkitPro v13.1.0 and made necessary changes ie we copied the new dlls
ToolkitPro1310vc71U.dll and ToolkitPro1310vc71UD.dll into application path. Deleted the previos dlls ToolkitPro1201vc71U.dll and ToolkitPro1201vc71UD.dll
But our application is getting crashed.

These are lines where app is getting crashed. The pointer returned by  GetCommandBar() fun is NULL.
CXTPCommandBar* pBar =  pControlFile->GetCommandBar();
    pBar->SetIconSize(CSize(26, 26));

The application is working perfectly fine with the same code on different machine having set of Xtreme ToolkitPro v12.0.1 on which new version is not installed.

Do we need to make more changes ? What is the problem ?
