Aero snap Win7 feature

As you know for sure there is a new Windows7 feature called Aero Snap, which allows windows to be dragged to the top of the screen to maximize them and drag them away to restore their state.
The problem is that I'm not able to drag windows from maximized state and restore them.
I've checked the codejock's code but non client message handling is complicated and I'm not able to fix this problem with low risk to broke any other feature.
Please, can you help me?
