Add a commandbar at runtime

   Hi,
i have a existing form with 2 controls : one Edit (top position =5) and one Lable (top position=5)
I would had a ribbonbar at runtime and would like put my two controls into the commandbar workspace ; 
what is the best way to do that ? 
actualy, the both controls stay in theyr designed position (top=5) ; so thy are over the ribbon ; they shoul be after 5 pixel from the bottom of the ribbonbar
