A suggestion for CXTTabCtrl

   1) The ability to drag the tabs around with the mouse in order to rearrange them (like you can with the docking bar tabs).
2) The ability to not show the tabs altogether, and thus allow programmatical control over which tab window is shown.  This may be hard since it inherits from CTabCtrl, so maybe consider this suggestion for CXTFlatTabCtrl.
