To create something like:
 
VERIFY(m_wndToolBar.CreateToolBar(WS_TABSTOP|WS_VISIBLE|WS_CHILD|CBRS_TOOLTIPS, this));
CSize sz = m_wndToolBar.CalcDockingLayout(cx, LM_HIDEWRAP| LM_HORZDOCK|LM_HORZ | LM_COMMIT);
  m_wndToolBar.MoveWindow(0, nTop, cx, sz.cy);
  m_wndToolBar.Invalidate(FALSE);
 
to add combo
m_wndToolBar.GetControls()->Add(xtpControlComboBox, ID);

Do you need example how to put CXTPToolBar to dialog or how to put CXTPControlComboBox to CXTPToolBar ? :-)  There are a lof of samples of both.

Hi,
 
yes, CXTPControlComboBox  can be only part of ToolBar.
if you reeeeeally want add it - add CXTPToolBar + single CXTPControlComboBox.

You can't. Besides, why would you want to do that? We have:

CComboBox, CComboBoxEx, CXTComboBox...

CPropertyPage and adding combo boxes, how would we add an XTP combo box to a CPropertyPage???  We cant seem to find example.
 
Obviously easy but just brain dead today :)
