If a user wants a menu item not show in the menu list, then they can select 'More ...', and this displays a list of items which the user can select from. Assuming the user select an item 'Sub Menu 6' from the displayed list, then the menu will now look like this:

Main Menu
       Last Recently Used Menus->
                                  Sub Menu 6
                                  Sub Menu 1
                                  Sub Menu 2
                                  Sub Menu 3
                                  Sub Menu 4
                                  More ...

Does anyone know how to do this?
