Samples\Controls\SplitterWindow sample shows how to switch views in splitter.

In my app, the client area of main frame is splitted into two parts.  The left part is an outlook bar. When pressing different buttons of the outlook bar, the right part displays (switches to) different forms.

My question is how to implement this effect ? Any code snippet or example or suggestion is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
