Were the other computer that were ok - vista 32?

Secondly was the errant computer running vista 64?

Hi all, it's me again 

I incurred in a problem today while using a program with ribbon bars on Vista.

It ran already on many Vista machines without any problem, but on this particular computer it shows up like this:



I have no ways to resize it bigger than that, except from running the machine to 1024x768 with 16 bit colors OR using the Classic Theme.

All others resolution/depths cause this problem to happen.

Any suggestions? Did i forget some crucial info to diagnose the problem in a deeper way?
