The problem is that there is no translation for the Syntax Editor. Whatyou need to do is open up the Resource Editor from the start menu underCodejock. Then select your language and manually translate all stringsyou need. There is not very many to translate for this control.  You then save the file and usethis one. You can also send Codejock the changed XML so that it can includethe changes with the next version.

I've try to translate find and replace dialog with
 
Private Sub Form_Initialize()
    SyntaxEditGlobalSettings.ResourceFile = App.Path & "SuitePro.ResourceIt.dll" 
End Sub
 
....but this doesn't work.....
