Its some system thing of standard Edit and Combo.

Here sample with only standard controls. It acts sample

This happens also when using CXTResizePropertySheet or CXTResizeDialog in ToolkitPro 11.2.1

Resize form. all comboboxes are setfocus on resize.

P/s: This only happens if control has commandbar.
