Thanks, Pity that we just released  11.2.2.   Fix will be availalbe in 12.0 only.
If its critical for you I can attach fixed ocx in Issuetrack.

When the application is skinable and DockingPaneManager.VisualTheme = ThemeExplorer the stickers are invisible!
