okay,
I find out how to do it, now my other question: is there any way to place the picture in the midlle of the report or any other location that I want?

when I use the following code to set watermark for reportcontrol, I get en error message:
 
the code:
ReportControl.SetWatermarkBitmap App.Path & "\Picture.bmp", 40
 
Error:
Run Time error 13: Type mismacth
 
any idea why???
