Reinstall toolkit. You didn't select vc2008 in setup when install it first.

I previously installed v11.2 on a Vista 64-bit system, with VS 2005 already installed.  Now, I've also installed the final release of VS 2008 and would like to use it with XTP.  I tried rerunning the deployment wizard, which lists VS 2008 as an option, but it is grayed out.  How do I enable it?
