hard to believe but the GUI is still slow in 18.6.0 if the Themes are used... :-(

Hi,
 
I found a very annoy problem with XTP. When the main frame of the program changes, the toolbar/tab bar does not resize immediatly. For example, open UserInterface.GUI_VisualStudio sample or Ribbon.RibbonSample, resize the main frame quickly, you can see the top toolbar resizes much slower than main frame, leaving some ugly black spaces there.
 
I hope some changes could be made to fix this issue. I tried BCG and found it does not have such problem.
