Hi,
You can override CXTPControlPopup  class, and its OnSetPopup method.

Oleg, we're wondering if you know how to detect
* mouse click on elements of CXTPToolbar with CXTPControlPopup ( with using CXTPControlPopup::CreateControlPopup(xtpControlButtonPopup) ) before the control shows up;
* mouse click outside an active CXTPControlPopup on CXTPToolbar (when focus gets killed);
