Have you tried the 11.2 Ribbon sample? AFAIK this bug has been fixed a while ago.

Hello,
We use XtremeToolkit to use the ribbon control bar and the views to generate the view in the attachment. However we are seeing some glitches marked during minimize/maximize more prominent on Vista. We are  using ToolkitPro version 10.3.0.1, any help on this will be appreciated.
