Hello,
 
Unfortunatelly it unfixable feature of all versions :( its how TabControl works - hide one controls and show another and no way to determine if it was hidden by TabControl or by code.
 
I recommend you put TabControlPages to TabControl and all controls to Pages.

There is a bug in tab control (Suite controls 11.2).
 
On tab change event all controls placed on selected item are chaning their
visibility to default True.
