Firstly I will say I have an existing menu written using the Menu Editor in Visual Basic and I have applied the CommandBars control to the form.
 
Onload the form menu is updated to the CommandBars theme, which works a treat.
 
However... Any of the menu items that are enabled or disabled on load do not appear as enabled or disabled as they do when the control is not used.
 
Does anyone know how to refresh this?
 
P.S.  CommandBars.ActiveMenuBar.RedrawBar will only work for a menu designed in code... I want to use the existing VB Menu in the project.
