Hi,

This is a known bug. Serialization of the ReportRecordItem.Tag property was added since Version 10.4.1.

Please use 10.4.1. or later version.

The CreateRecordsFromDropArray method is returning the collection of records but it seems the Tag property for each record is reset to an empty string.

Is this by design?
