This is not important in the big scheme of things but still it should be tidied up
 
if you set a tab control to display vertically then the tool tip for the scroll arrows should say scroll up/down - currently it says scroll left / right
 
By scroll arrows i mean the little arrows that appear when there are too many tabs to fit.
