Check Samples\CommandBars\ScribbleMultiLang  sample.
 
All you need is set resource path:
 
XTPResourceManager()->SetResourceFile(strPath);

Anybody knows how to use Japanese language resource?
 I read manuals, but I didn't find how to translate.....
