Yes :( It's not our tooltip - its system tooltip that available for all windows.

I've just noticed a further problem. Run the RibbonMDISample, then hover the cursor over the MDI window minimize/maximize/close parts. The tooltip that eventually appears uses the default color scheme and not the themed one (see in the red box below).

In both CXTPTabClientWnd and in docking panes, various screen elements show a tooltip when the cursor hovers over them. For example, in the RibbonMDISample, hovering over the close button results in a "Close" tooltip as shown below. Docking panes show similar "Close" and "Auto Hide" buttons.
 
 
However, as can be seen, these tooltips always have the default windows yellow background when they should really take the same appearance of the other tooltips (blue background in this case).
