Perhaps you can implement a combobox for the IDE to select Appearance style and allow moving the control on a form ...

Set Appearance to 1 and you will see border.

I´ve found an issue of the new webbrowser control, a feature request and an question ...
 
ISSUE: Once I´ve put the control on a form, I can´t move it any more on that form !
 
FEATURE REQUEST: Please add some more BorderStyles to the control
 
QUESTION: How do I handle clicks from different buttons which are in my html page in my vb6 code ?
