Like Outlook 2007 as you can see, but with click events, enable properties, etc...

because i need something like this:

uploads/20070918_074214_TextBoxInplaceB.zip

with a very very large project, its very simply to have a control with mouse click events and addbutton properties, and buttons integrated into textbox appearance (buttons inside the edges, not outside).
