Is this part of Ribbon UI? If so - no thanks. I don't use bloatware ribbons.

FYI: I have fixed CXTPControlColorSelector myself. It was half hour job. Counting on Codejock would take 3 months to implement (see 9 months wait for SyntaxEdit bug fixes that were reported in January and still not fixed till now)

I have exactly the same problem as Tomasz. I use CXTPControlColorSelector to implement a color selector in a command bar that can be �torn off�. I don't see a way to use CXTControlColorSelector or CXTColorSelectorCtrl in this manner.

I have been working under the assumption that the �CXTP� classes are newer and that �CXT� classes are legacy. Therefore, I would have assumed that CXTPControlColorSelector would be updated with new functionality more often than CXTControlColorSelector. Is that a false assumption?

I think you can try Gallery control instead. Please, check \Samples\CommandBars\GallerySample sample.

Hello,

My apps use custom colors and different palettes than one used by Codejock and in the past I was forced to modify the library itself to achieve color picker customization. And I provided Codejock with my modification of libraries so they can add this functionality easy.

I was happy when I read that Codejock added SetColors() method to specify own color names and RGB values in CXTColorPicker and CXTColorSelectorCtrl.

Unfortunatelly I found out that current implementation is severely lacking:

a) custom colors are NOT available for CXTPControlColorSelector class - meaning that you can not have custom color pickers in command bars

b) the implementation of CXTPControlColorSelector does not use CXTColorSelectorCtrl, instead it contains code repetitions.

Why repeat the same code in several places?
