No, there is no such feature :(
Do you need drag and drop inside grid (reorder items) or just drag items from grid ?

It's been three years since this question was last posed: Is it possible to implement drag and drop on a PropertyGrid control?
 
This functionality seems to be completely missing (or very well hidden) in this control.
 
Are there any plans to add this support in the future?
