It seems this problem has been fixed in the "Xtreme Suite". The demos are compiled with the "XT Toolkit"

Codejock: Why is there a forum when nobody of your stuff is reading or answering questions?

Description
There's a bug with the "Office XP" style menus. When quickliy moving the move up and down over a menu with inactive / disabled items it's flickering.

Tested with
GUI Visual Studio 7 Sample
Menu: Edit

OS: WinXP
Compiler: VC++ 7.1
