No, this is fine enough. Any other way could just repeat the same operation -- reloading events on re-attaching.

I am trying to get your calendar demo to work with multiple users. When two copies of the app are running changes made in one do not appear in the other. To overcome this I added a timer which detects changes in the highest created date and modified date. If these don't match a variable then a routine attempts to capture the changes. I do a CalendarControl.DataProvider.ClearCache
CalendarControl.DataProvider.RetrieveDayEvents Format(rst.Fields(2), "dd/mm/yyyy") and this works fine.

However, although the Datepicker is attached to the calendar new or moved events do not show in the Datepicker.
I tried DatePicker.RedrawControl to no effect. I found that if I did DatePicker.DetachFromCalendar and then DoEvents
DatePicker.AttachToCalendar Me.CalendarControl it worked.

Before I continue coding..Is there a better way?
