its bug of Visual Studio 2005 (Actually Microsofts fixed it in one of hotfix)

Hi,
 
Please see the attached project.
In this, the ribbon button "Save"works only once.
And after that, if I try to maximize the form, weird things happen.
I think it's a bug, Is there a workaround?
