Hi,

If we set focus to control, and using the code to make the groupbox disable, by right, we should lost focus on that control, and jump to the next available control, and all the controls inside the groupbox wil lbe disabled.

But, for the codejock groupbox, when you disable, the focus still stay inside the control, and the user still able to edit that particular control, until a manual lost focus.

To have a better picture on this case
Insert 3 text box in the groupbox.

Set the textbox so that once it's get focus, it will disable the groupbox

now, set focus to either textbox in the groupbox. now, groupbox will shown disable. please keep on typing and you can see that, actually u still able to edit the textbox.
