You can try set CFrameWnd::m_bRecalcLayout to TRUE and after you will finish to FALSE.

Dear Oleg,

Thanks for your help for my static linking problem. Sorry for not conveying this message for this long time as I was busy on other errands.

Well we are developing an application wherein a different set of toolbars(CXTPCommandBar objects) need to be added to the CXTPCommandBars instance.  To reset the layout of the toolbars I am calling CXTPCommandBars::RecalcFrameLayout()  method.
