I am trying to implement drag and drop functionality
similar to Explorer, like dragging files into a folder.
 
I have a list of Groups in a Report Control on the left and a set of Users in the Report control on the Right. I want the drag n drop to behave such that I can change the Users Grouping via dragging them onto the Group Control, but i dont want them to copy into the Group control.
