in 10.4.2 you can call SetWidth for first controls:
 
pToolbar1->GetControl(0)->SetWidth(20);

Then i'm afraid i won't be much help since i never used toolbars for that kind of purpose.
But on the screenshot you sent, the edit box are not embedded in a toolbar i think. I mean, i wouldn't use toolbars to do that.
Isn't there a CFormView or similar class you could be using there? It would sound more convenient to me.

I've missed to say that i can't use dialog (ex dialogbar) i have to use five toolbars ( one row each using stretched flag)

Hi, i'm not totally sure i understood what you are trying to do, if the picture is what you are trying to achieve:
- In the Resource Editor of Visual Studio, you have to multiselect the 5 edit box controls by holding SHIFT pressed while selecting the controls with the mouse.
- Then right click on one of the selected controls, and the contextual menu has an item called "Align lefts".
- Click it and the 5 edit box should be aligned with the position of the first control you clicked when doing the multiselection.

If you meant something else, sorry for the misunderstanding, i'm not sure of what you mean by second control :)
