Hello

I have a small problem regarding translation of a tooltip for toolbar. The text is "Toolbar Options" and it appears in english although I set the resources to be german. The strange thing is that it works fine using the developing control, but it will be in english when the redistributable control is used. By the way ... i have vesion 10.4.2. Can you please advice what to do?
