Hi;
I believe that you have to create your own CXTPReportPaintManager derived class and overwrite DrawGroupRow() or as a simple workaround set the protected m_nGroupGridLineHeight member to 0. Inside DrawGroupRow the Line is drawn by calling FillSolidRect with nGroupGridLineHeight as the height. I think when you set this to 0 the 'line' disappears.
 
But I suggest looking at the ReportSample - there you find a simple way to create treeview like reports.

Can anyone please suggest how to get rid of the lines that are pointed in the following Report Control. These lines come up as separators between group and thier child rows. Basically, I am trying to achieve a close look and feel of a tree control using Report Control. It will help a lot if I can even change the style and color of these lines as I will need to show collapsed child rows initially when the data is shown in this view.
