MFC has TCN_SELCHANGING Notification and it supports this
"Returns TRUE to prevent the selection from changing, or FALSE to allow the selection to change."

i need the same in CXTTabExBase with TCN_XT_SELCHANGING

i want to revert last select tab in control by some condition
