Vertical scrolling should be 1 row for a turn. I believe it is enough.

Regarding horizontal scrolling, in old versions (before 10.4) it scrolls horizontally by 1 pixel when using arrows. In the latest versions (10.4.*) to mitigate this problem we increased horizontal scrolling step to 7 pixels.

We started to notice that our horizontal and vertical scrollbars will go at very slow speeds when clicking on the scroll arrows... like the ticks or the redrawing of that grid is slow or something to that effect. the question is there a way to speed up the scrolling? If we grip and rip the bar then it's no problem to move the bar.
