I am using a DockingPane on a form being used as an MDI child form.  The DockingPane is being created with two panes, one docked to the left, the other filling the rest of the screen.  When the form is set to maximised, I lose the top of the DockingPane control.  Changing to another form and back or restoring it makes it repaint correctly, the problem is just when it is first created.
I am using version 10.4.2 of the control with VB 2005.  This is the result, the caption bar is missing at the top.  Any assistance would be marvellous.
