The office 2003 theme is only blue on windows xp using the default blue theme. Hello,
 
I recently installed Windows Vista.  In one of my applications I still using the xtpThemeOffice2003 visual theme for my command bars.  When I run the application, the familar Office 2003 blue color is now grey.  Is there something I need to change to get that Office 2003 blue coloring back when running on Vista?
