    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://forum.codejock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=2268">6ero</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6460<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06 April 2007 at 2:19pm<br /><br /><br>You can't do it using the format property <img src="http://forum.codejock.com/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle">.<br><br>I use the "value" property to store the number and the "caption" property to display my own formatted string of that number.<br><br>Example:<br><br>Set Item = Record.AddItem(total) <br>Item.caption= FormatCurrency(total, 2)<br><br>This will sort fine also.<br><br>I hope this helps anybody trying to do the same thing.<br>]]>
