Problem description:
Application no longer responds to taskbar window managment functions (Tile Windows Horizontally, Cascade ec.) when skinning is used.

Reproduce:
Build & run SkinSDISample. When  anything else then 'default' is selected under 'styles' (the skin, LE5 or iTune), the sample application no longer (properly) responds to tile commands (for example through the taskbar).

Additional information:
Sometimes the window will resize but wont reposition, but most often it does not respond at all. App I'm working on shows exact same behaviour as this SkinSDISample.

Platforms:
tried on 2 platforms with same result;
- WinXP sp2, 
- Win Server 2003 EE Sp1
