Well, the main purpose of built in dialogs is a fast start with calendar, because creating custom ones is not so easy and need some experience with the control.
 
They have a common (Outlook) style and if you need some other fields to be edited or other style please implement a custom dialog by yourself;
Calendar has all properties and methods required for that and our samples show how to do this.

Thanks for your note. Body field editor has been added to edit event built-in dialog for future versions.
