Hi,
 
My users what to lock the toolbars / command bars via menu option.
Is it possible to lock the command bars so they are NOT moveable by the mouse ? I tried pCommandBars->EnableCustomization( FALSE ) but it disables customization, but does NOT prevent movement of the toolbar via mouse. I would like the opposite: allow customization via Customize menus BUT disallow accidential movement (dragging).
