The best solution would be to send it to Codejock support

You'll get the DLL file soon, and your translations will be included into next versions of the suite.

Hello,
 
If I translate the Xml ResourceFile (for example: SuitePro.ResourceFr.xml), how can I change it to Dll Format (SuitePro.ResourceFr.dll).
