I'm not using a ribbon, so I guess it's the skin framework. Hi,
 
If I remove the maximize box of my Vista-style enabled frame window, it is possible to drag the window by clicking inside the disabled maximize-button. It is also possible to drag the window in the caption bar. That's just weird! It should not be possible for a maximized window.
 
Is this a bug?
