 XTPSkinManager()->Remove(m_hWnd);
 XTPSkinManager()->Remove(m_hWndMDIClient);
in first lines of CMainFrame::OnCreate

WinXP and VS6. Take the RibbonMDISample and add skin with
 
XTPSkinManager()->LoadSkin(_T("styles\\Office2007.cjstyles"));
 
then run it, enter a few lines of text, maximize the MDI child and resize the app. As the MDI child repaints and you lose the top 1cm or so of the window. This was not an issue in 10.3.1.
