I figured it out. I had to embed the license information for the Calendar Control:

Hi,
 
I have my calendar app all built and it runs properly on my development server, but when I do a ClickOnce deployment on a different computer, the program crashes when it tries to start.
 
I've registered the ocx file in C:\Program Files\Codejock Software\ActiveX\Xtreme Calendar ActiveX v10.3.1\bin -- is there anything else I need to set up on a client computer?
