I was trying to install evaluation version of Xtreme Command Bars (ActiveX) on WIN98 machine but installation has stopped with error
  "Unable to register the DLL/OCX. LoadLibrary failed; code 31.
  A device attached to the system is not functioning".
The error was related to CommandBars.ocx.

Do you think something is wrong with OS or computer? Other applications written in VB6 are working fine on this machine. It has also VB6 runtime installed as well as IE6.0
