I have installed builder.but i could not see browse for my files.
 
I mean i am having file called Office2007.cjstyles
 
where i have to browse this file.

Hi,
 
1. Modify Source\SkinFramework\Styles\Office2007\res\Office2007_Normal.ini  as you need
2. Open project in Source\SkinFramework\Styles\Office2007\Office2007.dsw  and rebuild it
 
Think you need to change "Btnface = 191 219 255" line in ini.
