Use proper event handlers -- examples are ValueChanged / ValueChanging.

sure, but how to catch "the moment" user leaving the cell? Like click on textbox on top of form?

How to avoid user to leave from editing a cell when certain condition doesn't met or data user input doesn't exist on our database?
